Agreement and changesWhen these Terms apply to you
Using addtelegrammember.com or placing an order means you accept these Terms. The Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy are part of them.
- We can update the Terms. The revision date at the top shows the latest change.
- If you keep using the site after a change, the new version applies.
- These Terms are the whole agreement between us.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and AddTelegramMember (“we”, “us”), the operator of addtelegrammember.com. By accessing the website or purchasing any service, you accept these Terms in full, together with the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy, which form part of them.
We may change these Terms at any time. The revision date shown on this page indicates the latest change. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding their subject matter.

Who can orderAuthority and lawful use
You can order for your own channel, group or post, or for one you are allowed to manage, such as a client’s.
- You must be allowed to make the purchase.
- No fraudulent or unlawful use.
- The services are not meant for anyone under 16.
By purchasing any service, you confirm that (a) you have the authority to make the purchase, (b) you have the authority to use or manage the account, channel, group or post linked to the order, and (c) you will not use the services for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose. The services are not intended for anyone under the age of 16.

The services and deliveryWhat we sell and how it is delivered
We sell Telegram members, post views, reactions and poll votes, plus services for Instagram, YouTube, X and Discord. We are independent and not affiliated with Telegram or any other platform.
- Orders need a public link only. We never ask for a login, code, password or admin rights.
- Start times and expected drop ranges on product pages describe a typical order, not a guarantee for yours.
- Keep the link public and the username unchanged until delivery ends.
- We may deliver a few extra members or views as a buffer against small losses.
AddTelegramMember provides social media growth services, including Telegram members, post views, reactions and poll votes, and services for other platforms listed on the website (the “Services”). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or part of Telegram or any other platform.
Services are delivered to the public link provided at checkout. We do not request account credentials, login codes or administrative rights. Delivery times and retention ranges shown on product pages are estimates for a typical order. The customer must keep the link public and unchanged until delivery is complete. We may deliver more than the quantity ordered (“Extras”). Extras serve as a buffer against small losses.

Prices and paymentCrypto checkout
Prices are shown in US dollars on each product page. You pay in cryptocurrency on the invoice created at checkout by the Heleket gateway.
- Send the exact amount on the network the invoice shows.
- The order starts after the payment is confirmed.
- Payment is accepted only through the checkout invoice.

By purchasing a Service, you agree to pay the price indicated on the website at the time of the order. Prices are stated in US dollars. Payment is made in cryptocurrency through the invoice issued at checkout by our payment gateway (Heleket). The customer is responsible for sending the exact amount on the network shown on the invoice. An order is processed only after payment is confirmed. We do not accept payment by any other method.

RefundsWhen money comes back
All sales are final, except as set out in the Refund Policy:
- If an order never starts because of a problem on our side, you choose a refund in USDT or credit for a future order.
- Refunds are sent within 7 business days of approval.
- A partly delivered order is completed, not refunded.
- Completed orders are not refunded, including when a platform later removes accounts or content.
All sales are final. Refunds are offered only in accordance with the Refund Policy published on the website. Where an order cannot be started due to a fault on our side, the customer may choose a refund in USDT or a credit toward a future order; approved refunds are paid within seven (7) business days. Partially delivered orders are completed rather than refunded. Completed orders are not eligible for refund, including where a platform subsequently removes accounts or content. Any other refund is at our sole discretion.

Refill (retention guarantee)30 days for Mix and Real members
If Mix or Real members we delivered leave within 30 days of delivery, we re-deliver the loss beyond the extras at no cost. For other services, ask support before ordering.
The refill no longer applies if:
- you ordered for the same link from another provider;
- the count was already falling before your order, or included members from elsewhere;
- the channel was made private or the username changed during or after the order;
- you removed, blocked or banned the delivered members.
We review each refill request, and our decision on it is final.
We offer a Limited Retention Guarantee. If the customer loses Mix or Real members delivered by us, beyond the Extras, within thirty (30) days of delivery, we will re-deliver the shortfall at no cost. Retention terms for other Services are confirmed by support on request.
The Retention Guarantee is void if: (a) the customer ordered for the same link from another company, person or service; (b) the account experienced a reduction before ordering from us, or the losses concern members acquired by other means; (c) the customer makes the account, channel or post private, restricted or otherwise inaccessible, including by changing its username, during or after delivery; or (d) the customer blocks, deletes or bans the members delivered by us. We make a final and non-appealable determination on every Retention Guarantee request.

Your accounts and other platformsDecisions we do not control
Telegram and the other platforms make their own decisions about accounts and content. We cannot know why a platform removes or restricts something.
- You use the services at your own risk.
- We are not responsible if a platform removes an account, post or content after an order.
- A completed order is not refunded in that case.
We are not liable for any account, channel, group, post or other content that is removed, restricted or suspended by a platform, whether or not in connection with our Services. It is not possible for us to determine why a platform takes such action. All purchases are made at the customer’s own risk, and no refund is due after a Service has been completed in such cases.

Acceptable useWhat is not allowed
Use the website and the services lawfully and as intended.
- Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.
- Do not change or copy the site’s content without permission.
- Do not use scripts, many devices or other tricks to get around the limits of the free tool.
If we find abuse, we may refuse or cancel orders and stop your use of the site, and we may keep amounts already paid.
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in the manner intended. You must not compromise the security of the website, make it inaccessible to others, damage its content, access content without permission, or add, remove or modify its content. You must not circumvent the limits of the free tool by automated or other means. If we determine, at our sole discretion, that you are abusing the website or the Services, we may, without limiting any other rights or remedies, refuse or cancel orders, end your use of the website and withhold any amount paid.

Confidentiality and privacyYour order details

Ideas, suggestions or other material you send us that is not about an order may be used by us freely.
We keep confidential any information you submit in connection with the processing of an order. Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Any other material or information sent to us is non-confidential, and you grant us a royalty-free, irrevocable permission to use, display and distribute it in whole or in part.

Intellectual propertyThe website’s content

Liability and indemnityLimits of responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the website or the services.
If someone makes a claim against us because of how you used the services, or because you broke these Terms, you cover it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be responsible for any damages, liabilities or losses, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, arising out of your use of the website or the Services. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless AddTelegramMember from any claim arising out of or connected with your use of the website or the Services, or alleging facts that, if true, would constitute a breach of these Terms by you.

Start and end of the agreementTerm and termination
The agreement for an order starts when we accept it and lasts until either side ends it. Clause 8 explains when we may end it for abuse.
This agreement begins when we accept your order and continues until terminated by either party. We may terminate it as set out in clause 8.

Corrections and contactErrors and how to reach us

What do people ask about the Terms?
Do I accept the Terms just by ordering?
Yes. Placing an order or using addtelegrammember.com means you accept these Terms, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy.
There is no separate form to sign.
Can I order for a client’s channel?
Yes, as long as you are authorised to manage that channel. The Terms require authority over the account linked to the order, not ownership.
What happens if I change my channel’s username?
During delivery, the order cannot continue on the old link. After delivery, the 30-day refill no longer applies.
Ask support before renaming.
Can I get a refund?
If an order never starts because of a problem on our side, you choose a USDT refund or credit. Otherwise sales are final.

Is AddTelegramMember responsible if Telegram bans my channel?
No. Platforms make their own decisions, and we cannot know why they act. A completed order is not refunded in that case.
