Payment methods pay in crypto, step by step
Every order on AddTelegramMember is paid in cryptocurrency through Heleket, a crypto payment gateway. This page shows which coins and networks work, how to pay without losing money to a wrong network or a fee, and what to do when a payment goes sideways.

How do you pay for an order?
Add a package to the cart, enter a public link and your email, then pay the Heleket invoice from any crypto wallet or exchange. The order is confirmed when the payment arrives.
- USDT on TRC-20 is the usual choice for small ordersTRON network fees are low and blocks come about every 3 seconds.
- The network must match the invoiceUSDT sent on ERC-20 to a TRC-20 address does not arrive where the invoice expects it.
- Each invoice has a time limitHave the coin ready in your wallet before you open the invoice.
- We never ask for card details or loginsThe checkout needs a name, a public Telegram link and an email address.
Which coin should you pay with?
Pick what you already hold. The card shows the network, the address format to expect on the invoice and how the fee usually compares.

What happens between “Add to cart” and a confirmed order?
Five frames, the same on desktop and phone. Steps 1 to 3 happen on our site, step 4 on the Heleket invoice page, step 5 in your wallet and inbox.
Pick a package
Choose the product and pack size, for example 1,000 Mix members for $2. Bigger packs cost less per 1,000.
Fill in checkout
Public link, email and, if you have one, a coupon code.
Place the order
The only method is “ALL Crypto”. Placing the order opens the Heleket invoice.
Choose coin and network
The invoice shows the exact amount, the address and a countdown.
Send and wait
Send the exact amount. Once the network confirms it, the order moves on and you get an email.
Does this address match the coin you are about to send?
Paste the address from your invoice. The check reads its format and tells you which network it belongs to, so you pick the same network in your wallet. It runs in your browser and sends nothing anywhere.
Addresses are case-sensitive. Copy and paste them; never type one by hand.
How much should you send so the invoice is fully paid?
Exchanges charge a withdrawal fee, and many take it out of the amount you type. Enter the invoice total and your exchange’s fee to see what to withdraw.
Example: 10,000 Mix members cost $17. If your exchange takes a 1 USDT fee from the amount, withdraw 18 USDT so 17 arrive.
What does each payment status mean for your order?
Heleket’s documentation lists these states for an invoice. Tap one to see what it means and whether you should wait, send the rest, or write to us.
Waiting for your transfer
The invoice is open and Heleket is watching the blockchain for your transaction.
Send the exact amount on the network shown, before the countdown ends.
Status names from Heleket’s merchant documentation. The descriptions explain what each one means for an order on our site.
Never bought crypto? Here is the shortest route
Four stops from local money to a paid invoice.
Open an exchange app
Use a regulated exchange available in your country that accepts your bank card or local payment method.
Buy USDT
Buy a little more than the invoice total to cover the withdrawal fee. USDT keeps a steady dollar value.
Withdraw on TRC-20
In the withdrawal form, paste the invoice address and pick the TRC-20 (TRON) network.
Watch the invoice
Keep the invoice page open until it shows the payment, then check your email.
Is it safe to pay this way?
We will never ask for
- Your wallet’s seed phrase or private key
- Card numbers, bank logins or PayPal access
- Your Telegram login code, password or admin rights
- A payment to an address sent by chat instead of the invoice
Check before you press send
0 of 5 checked
Crypto transfers are final. No bank can reverse a confirmed transaction, so a one-minute check before sending is cheaper than any fix afterwards.
Payment questions, answered directly
For order problems after you have paid, the FAQ has the rescue steps. These are about the payment itself.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cryptocurrency only, through the Heleket payment gateway: USDT on TRC-20 or ERC-20, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and TRON, plus any other coins the invoice page lists.
PayPal, Skrill, Neteller and bank cards are not available at checkout. An older version of this page listed them; it no longer applies.
Which coin is cheapest for a small order?
USDT on TRC-20, Litecoin or TRON usually cost the least in network fees, so they suit orders like 1,000 Mix members at $2.
USDT on ERC-20 and Ethereum can carry a fee that is a large share of a small order. Your wallet shows the exact fee before you confirm, so compare there.
Why are prices in US dollars if I pay in crypto?
The shop prices every package in USD. When you place the order, the Heleket invoice converts that total into the coin you choose at the current exchange rate.
With USDT the amount stays close to the dollar price. With BTC, ETH, LTC or TRX the coin amount depends on the rate at that moment, so pay within the invoice’s time limit.
How long do I have to pay an invoice?
The time limit is shown on the invoice. Heleket’s documentation gives one hour as its default and lets each shop set between 5 minutes and 12 hours.
If it runs out before you pay, place the order again rather than sending to the old address. If you already sent, email support with the transaction hash.
Who pays the network fee?
The sender. Your wallet or exchange adds the blockchain fee, and exchanges often add their own withdrawal fee too.
Make sure the amount that arrives equals the invoice total. The fee planner above works out what to type.
What if I send more than the invoice asks for?
Heleket marks an overpaid invoice as “paid_over”, which counts as paid, so the order goes ahead.
For a large overpayment, email support with the order number and transaction hash and ask how the difference can be handled.
What if I send less?
Heleket’s system has a waiting state for underpaid invoices that lets the rest be paid to the same address. If your invoice shows a remaining balance, send only that difference before it expires.
If it shows no balance option, do not pay again. Email support with the invoice ID and transaction hash.
Can I pay straight from an exchange account?
Yes. Paste the invoice address into the exchange’s withdrawal form, choose the network the invoice names, and send.
Check two things first: that the exchange’s fee is not taken out of the amount, and that the network matches. An exchange that offers BEP-20 for a 0x address is offering a different network than ERC-20.
Do coupon codes work with crypto?
Yes. Enter the code in the coupon field at checkout before placing the order. The banner on the site currently shows SALVA10 for 10% off, and the invoice is created for the discounted total.
Can a crypto payment be refunded or charged back?
There are no chargebacks: once a blockchain transfer is confirmed, no bank or card company can reverse it.
Refunds follow our Terms of Service, which say all sales are final except under the refund terms or at our discretion. If an order never started, email support first.
Will you see my wallet or personal details?
We see the order you placed, the email you entered and the payment that reached the invoice. We never get access to your wallet.
Keep in mind that Bitcoin, Ethereum, TRON and Litecoin are public ledgers: anyone can look up a transaction by its hash or address.
Why might a payment be held for a check?
Heleket runs an anti-money-laundering (AML) program, and its documentation includes a “locked” status for funds held under it.
This is rare and outside our control. If your invoice shows it, email support with the order number so we can follow it up with Heleket.
Ready to pay? Start with the right package
Telegram members start at $2 per 1,000, and bigger packs are up to 25% cheaper per 1,000. Add SALVA10 at checkout while the banner offer lasts, or try 50 free members first with no payment at all.
Bought members, views or reactions do not create real engagement or sales by themselves, and Telegram’s rules may treat bought engagement as inauthentic; the choice is yours.
